Tara Lynn Lippincott, 39, of 896 Dove Ave., Rockledge, was charged Dec. 5 with possession of a weapon/ammo by a convicted felon and felony violation of a county ordinance.
Rockledge Police Department
Christopher David Riddle, 31, of 2130 Indian River Drive, Cocoa, was charged Nov. 30 with driving while license suspended, failure to appear and felony driving under the influence.
Steven M. Green, 49, of 1318 Royal Birkdale Circle, Rockledge, was charged Dec. 3 with sexual assault by a custodian of a victim 12 years old or younger.
Monroe Houston, 55, of 1080 Fiske Blvd. N., Cocoa, was charged Dec. 3 with refusing to give breath/urine/blood test, felony driving under the influence and felony on-site violation of probation.
Brevard County Sheriff's Office
Mahlon Moses Daugherty, 33, address unknown, was charged Dec. 3 with felony battery by strangulation-domestic violence.
Timothy Wayne Huspon, 38, address unknown, was charged Dec. 3 with failure to appear, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and on an out-of-county warrant.
Desmond Marqus Elerby, 24, of 987 Pinson Blvd., Rockledge, was charged Dec. 6 with possession of a weapon/ammo by a convicted felon and smuggling contraband into a detention center.
