New Smyrna Beach Police Department
James L. J. Smith, 28, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Nov. 30 and charged with aggravated battery on a pregnant person. Bail was not set.
Darren Carson, 45, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Dec. 1 and charged with possession of cocaine with intent to sell. Bail was not set.
Edgewater Police Department
Adam Charles Meyer, 34, of Edgewater, was arrested on Nov. 30 and charged with battery on a person 65 years of age or older and criminal mischief. Bail was not set.
Gregory A. Opolka, 28, of Edgewater, was arrested on Dec. 2 and charged with possession of over 20 grams of cannabis and paraphernalia. Bail was set at $14,000.
Jeremy Joseph Conrad, 18, of Edgewater, was arrested on Dec. 2 and charged with grand theft of a motor vehicle. Bail was set at $1,000.

Brian M. Kirkland, 26, of Edgewater, was arrested on Nov. 30 and charged with child abuse. Bail was not set.
Jose Luis Leyva, 37, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Dec. 1 and charged with grand theft. Bail was set at $5,000.
Jonathan Scott Ramsey, 48, of Oak Hill, was arrested on Dec. 1 and charged with obstructing an officer without violence and a drug offense. Bail was set at $3,000.
Ray Allen Phillips, 24, of Oak Hill, was arrested on Dec. 2 and charged with a drug offense and possession of paraphernalia. Bail was set at $11,000.
Shane Edward Carlson, 31, of Edgewater, was arrested on Dec. 4 and charged with being a fugitive form justice. Bail was not set.
Jeffrey Lyn Self, 30, of Oak Hill, was arrested on Dec. 4 and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. Bail was set at $10,000.
Robert M. Devine, 47, of Edgewater, was arrested on Dec. 5 and charged with dealing in stolen property and giving false verification of ownership. Bail was set at $6,500.
Neil Issac Tilbor, 62, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Dec. 6 and charged with child abuse and obstructing an officer without violence. Bail was not set.
