Port Orange Police Department
Harry J. Urbanski, 48, of Port Orange, was arrested on Nov. 30 and charged with willfully refusing to sign and accept a summons/citation, driving under the influence, driving with a revoked driver's license, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer and obstructing an officer without violence. Bail was set at $5,000.
Leonard Joseph Zweck, 30, of Port Orange, was arrested on Nov. 30 and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Bail was set at $10,000.
Jessica M. Plumley, 19, of Port Orange, was arrested on Dec. 1 and charged with battery causing bodily harm and tampering with a witness. Bail was not set.
Loretta Sefried Bohannon, 51, of Port Orange, was arrested on Dec. 1 and charged with domestic battery and exploitation of the elderly. Bail was not set.
John David Forsythe, 29, of Port Orange, was arrested on Dec. 4 and charged with driving with a revoked license. Bail was set at $1,000.
Kathleen Patricia Kohl, 42, of Port Orange, was arrested on Dec. 4 and charged with possession of a new legend drug without a prescription and possession of paraphernalia. Bail was set at $2,500.
Jennifer L. Hodge, 24, of Port Orange, was arrested on Dec. 5 and charged with possession of heroin, tampering with physical evidence and possession of paraphernalia. Bail was set at $2,500.
William Earl Parker, III, 38, of Port Orange, was arrested on Dec. 6 and charged with burglary of a structure or conveyance, grand theft of a motor vehicle, grand theft and criminal mischief. Bail was set at $5,500.
Michael Rayborne, 19, of Port Orange, was arrested on Dec. 6 and charged with battery, obstructing an officer without violence battery and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Bail was not set.
South Daytona Police Department
Gary T. Hanson, 53, of South Daytona, was arrested on Dec. 4 and charged with aggravated assault on a person 65 years of age or older. Bail was not set.
Nicole E. Fuss, 37, of South Daytona, was arrested on Dec. 5 and charged with driving with a revoked license and possession of methamphetamines and a Schedule IV substance. Bail was set at $3,000.
Joshua Stewart Fennell, 26, of South Daytona, was arrested on Dec. 6 and charged with possession of paraphernalia, cannabis and a Schedule II substance. Bail was set at $2,000.
Daytona Beach Shores Police Department
Mitchell Warren Krieger, 51, of Daytona Beach Shores, was arrested on Dec. 6 and charged with discharge of a destructive device/bomb causing bodily harm. Bail was not set.
Volusia County Sheriff's Office
Ashley J. Billings, 27, of Port Orange, was arrested on Dec. 5 and charged with petit theft. Bail was not set.
