Monica Lynn Nazarian, 26, of 1070 Gray Road, Cocoa, was charged Nov. 23 with passing a forged/altered permit, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and aggravated battery causing bodily harm.
Edward A. Jordat, 33, of 1689 Nomad St., Cocoa, was charged Nov. 24 with felony battery and felony battery by strangulation-domestic violence.
Gustava Renee Rigsby, 54, of 3695 Catalina Drive, Cocoa, was charged Nov. 24 with petit larceny and resisting in the recovery of stolen property.
Latravius Rayshawn Stevens, 24, of 6487 La Brea Ave., Cocoa, was charged Nov. 25 with resisting arrest with violence, felony battery on an officer/firefighter/EMT and felony on-site violation of probation.

Jimmy Lee Vann, 26, of 638 Emerald Lake Drive, Cocoa, was charged Nov. 28 with stalking/harassing/cyberstalking and felony contempt of court-violation of injunction.

John Anthony Boucher, 37, of 10 Olson Road, Cocoa, was charged Nov. 29 with possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while license suspended and two counts of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

Gibbs Roy Smith, 57, of 510 S. Deleon Ave., Titusville, was charged Nov. 23 with a sexual offense toward a victim between the ages of 12 and 15.

Michael Stanley Thurber, 42, of 6390 Allegheny Drive, Cocoa, was charged Nov. 28 with driving under the influence, driving under the influence-property damage, driving while license suspended, refusing to give a breath/urine/blood sample and felony driving under the influence.

William J. Chesnut, 33, address unknown, was charged Nov. 23 with unarmed burglary of an unoccupied dwelling, trespassing, possession of not more than 20 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Nathan Edward Johnson, 26, of 2545 Palmetto Drive, Cocoa, was charged Nov. 24 with loitering/prowling, unarmed burglary of an unoccupied dwelling, larceny and six counts of unoccupied burglary of an unoccupied conveyance.
Evan T. Gore, 20, of 1050 N. Fiske Blvd., Cocoa, was charged Nov. 25 with dealing in stolen property and larceny.
