Jerrid Buhler, 19, of Edgewater, was arrested on Nov. 29 and charged with grand theft of a motor vehicle, reckless driving and driving with a revoked license. Bail was set at $14,500.
Juanta Larinza Horne, 36, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Nov. 29 and charged with habitually driving with a revoked license. Bail was not set.
