BREVARD -- Those looking to sample a variety of Brevard County eateries and wineries are encouraged to attend the seventh annual Celebrate Brevard 2012 - Food and Wine Extravaganza.
The event, hosted by the Greater Palm Bay Chamber of Commerce, will feature more than 35 different vendors, providing samples of their most popular menu items and wine lists to guests.
"It's a chance for (event-goers) to meet different businesses," said Cynthia Dale, marketing manager for the Greater Palm Bay Chamber of Commerce. "The whole idea is to introduce people to different cuisines around the area and give them the opportunity to taste them."
The Celebrate Brevard 2012 - Food and Wine Extravaganza is a holiday-themed event and will take place on Friday, Nov. 30 at the Palm Bay Hotel and Conference Center from 6-9 p.m.
The event will also include performances by a trio from the Brevard Symphony Orchestra, as attendees are experiencing all that the vendors have to offer.
Also, radio personalities from 98.5 The Beach will be in attendance, while announcing different raffles throughout the event.
Other sponsors for the event include Waste Management, PIP Printing, Health First-Palm Bay Hospital, State Farm and Palm Bay Hotel and Conference Center.
The Palm Bay Hotel and Conference Center is at 1881 Palm Bay Road.
