Glenn H. Stephens, 46, of DeLand, was arrested on Nov. 17 and charged with grand theft. Bail was set at $1,000.
Bobby L. Brumblow, 41, of DeLand, was arrested on Nov. 17 and charged with burglary of a structure or conveyance. Bail was set at $1,500.
Alexander M. Moss, 25, of DeLand, was arrested on Nov. 20 and charged with possession of paraphernalia and possession of a Schedule II substance. Bail was set at $1,500.

Andrew D. Strattard, 24, of DeLand, was arrested on Nov. 16 and charged with uttering forged bills. Bail was set at $1,500.
Ashton Luke Churchwell, 18, of DeLand, was arrested on Nov. 16 and charged with possession of more than 20 grams of cannabis. Bail was set at $1,500.
Douglas A. Luebbert, 21, of Lake Helen, was arrested on Nov. 17 and charged with possession of paraphernalia, drug offense, possession of burglary tools, burglary of a structure or conveyance and grand theft. Bail was set at $7,500.
Jaime J. Reeser, 35, of DeLand, was arrested on Nov. 18 and charged with possession of burglary tools, criminally attempting to solicit and conspire to commit a third degree felony, obstructing an officer without violence and burglary of a structure or conveyance. Bail was set at $23,000.
James A. Clark, 39, of DeLand, was arrested on Nov. 18 and charged with possession of burglary tools, burglary of a structure, and criminally attempting to solicit and conspire a third degree felony. Bail was set at $17,000.
Jason Gabriel Clark, 34, of DeLeon Springs, was arrested on Nov. 18 and charged with a drug offense. Bail was set at $2,000.
Peter A. Rosa, 20, of DeLand, was arrested on Nov. 19 and charged with possession of cocaine and a Schedule IV substance. Bail was set at $1,000.
Renee Gilmore, 44, of DeLand, was arrested on Nov. 19 and charged with grand theft. Bail was not set.
Brian Stewart Hutson, 39, of DeLand, was arrested on Nov. 20 and charged with grand theft of a motor vehicle and burglary of a structure or conveyance. Bail was set at $10,000.
Nicholas J. Hiatt, 28, of DeLeon Springs, was arrested on Nov. 20 and charged with habitually driving with a revoked license and possession of cannabis. Bail was not set.
Robert P. Hopkins, 28, of DeLand, was arrested on Nov. 20 and charged with burglary of a structure or conveyance. Bail was not set.
Chester E. Thomas, 35, of DeLand, was arrested on Nov. 22 and charged with habitually driving with a revoked license. Bail was set at $1,000.
