Editor's note: This is a list of arrests, not convictions, and all arrestees are presumed innocent unless or until proven guilty in a court of law.

Port St. Lucie Police Department

o Thomas Vincent Jersey III, 24, of 1449 S.E. Colchester Ave., Port St. Lucie, was arrested on Nov. 10 and charged with possession of a controlled substance.

o Amie Lou Neely, 38, of 429 S.W. Crabapple Cove, Port St. Lucie, was arrested on Nov. 10 and charged with sexual assault.

o Antonio D. Hill, 18, of 607 Maple Ave., Apt. A, Fort Pierce, was arrested on Nov. 10 and charged with destroying evidence.

o Heather N. Mannion, 34, of 474 S.W. Eastport Circle, Port St. Lucie, was arrested on Nov. 11 and charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

o Michael Leon Rivera, 24, of 2740 Navajo Ave., Fort Pierce, was arrested on Nov. 13 and charged with felony driving while license suspended.

o Marta Neris Argueta-Lovo, 27, of 1962 S.W. Capri St., Port St. Lucie, was arrested on Nov. 13 and charged with retail theft.

o Antonio Alfmon Palmer, 24, of 656 N.W. Treemont Ave., Port St. Lucie, was arrested on Nov. 14 and charged with trafficking of opium, possession of cocaine with intent to sell, destroying evidence, selling cocaine and using a two-way communication device to commit a felony.

o Robert C. Gajate, 25, no address listed, Stuart, was arrested on Nov. 14 and charged with grand theft, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of not more than 20 grams of marijuana and knowingly driving while license suspended.

o Sean Edward Hegeman, 36, of 2219 S.E. Powell Court, Port St. Lucie, was arrested on Nov. 14 and charged with four counts of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of more than 20 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

St. Lucie County Sheriff's Office

o Erick Bellefleur, 36, of 3205 S. 7th St., Fort Pierce, was arrested on Nov. 9 and charged with aggravated battery.

o Anthony Alexis Lasasso, 29, of 1170 6th Ave., Apt. 18A, Vero Beach, was arrested on Nov. 10 and charged with felony driving while license suspended, possession of drug paraphernalia, smuggling contraband into a detention facility and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

o Lelia David Wilson, 42, of 4104 Avenue R, Fort Pierce, was arrested on Nov. 10 and charged with battery and aggravated assault.

o Jared Adam Caribo, 30, of 14 Kassaba Lane, Port St. Lucie, was arrested on Nov. 9 and charged with a burglary of an unoccupied dwelling.

o Brandon Scott Quintana, 21, of 1010 S.W. Versailles Ave., Port St. Lucie, was arrested on Nov. 9 and charged with smuggling contraband into a detention facility.

o Michael Dwayne Allen Proctor, 26, no address listed, was arrested on Nov. 9 and charged with criminal mischief and robbery.

o JoAnn Dorothy Ricci, 69, 9 S.W. La Paloma Lane, Port St. Lucie, was arrested on Nov. 12 and charged with retail theft.

o Charles David Crownover, 52, of 2212 S.E. Maslan Ave., Port St. Lucie, was arrested on Nov. 13 and charged with trafficking cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

o Jamie Frederisk Hovey, 34, of 1825 Keystone Terrace, Fort Pierce, was arrested on Nov. 13 and charged with burglary of an occupied dwelling, grand theft, dealing in stolen property and fraud.

o Nelson Echazabal, 48, 340 N.E. Solida Drive, Port St. Lucie, was arrested on Nov. 1 and charged with burglary of an unoccupied dwelling and grand theft.

o Savales Leon Banner, 38, of 904 N. 10th St., Fort Pierce, was arrested on Nov. 13 and charged with possession of cocaine with intent to sell, possession of not more than 20 grams of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and resisting an officer without violence.

o Dimitrios Kokkinaris, 50, of 3232 Vernon St., Fort Pierce, was arrested on Nov. 14 and charged with possession of cocaine.

o Derek Joseph Rohn, 24, of 3212 S. Lakeview Circle, Apt. 203, Fort Pierce, was arrested on Nov. 14 and charged with possession of more than 20 grams of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell and possession of paraphernalia.

o Jose Delgado, 46, of 902 N. 25th St., Fort Pierce, was arrested on Nov. 14 and charged with two counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, carrying a concealed weapon, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest without violence.

Florida Highway Patrol

o Robert Aaron Dreszer, 27, of 19500 Turnberry Way, Apt. 11D, Aventura, was arrested on Nov. 12 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and possession of not more than 20 grams of marijuana.

o Dakota James Stevens, 20, of 4165 Pinella Circle, Apt. 372, Palm Beach Gardens, was arrested on Nov. 11 and charged with eluding a law enforcement officer at high speed.

o Jason Paul Wilson, 35, of 649 S.E. Strait Ave., Port St. Lucie, was arrested on Nov. 13 and charged with disorderly public intoxication, threatening to discharge a destructive device and obstruction without violence.

o Samantha Joanna McAllister, 23, of 2215 N.E. Arch St., Jensen Beach, was arrested on Nov. 13 and charged with having a controlled substance without a prescription.

o Sean Alan Michael Powell, 23, of 1271 S.W. Sudder Ave., Port St. Lucie, was arrested on Nov. 14 and charged with driving under the influence, possession of not more than 20 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and smuggling contraband into a detention facility.
