oDamasco Pineda Jr., 24, 1695 Plantation Lane, West Palm Beach, was charged with discharging a firearm in public, three counts of being a fugitive from justice, two counts of carrying a concealed weapon and possession of less than 20 grams of marijuana.

She was on community control from leaving the scene of an accident with person injury, driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol with prior arrests and damage to property or person.
