Rockledge Police Department
o Eduardo Velasco, 57, of 924 Jack Pine Court, Rockledge, was arrested and charged Nov. 9 with unarmed burglary of an occupied dwelling, criminal mischief- property damage and grand theft.
Brevard County Sheriff's Office
o Cecil Green, 36, address unknown, was arrested and charged Nov. 9 with resisting arrest without violence and resisting arrest with violence.
o John Derrick Johnson, 28, address unknown, was arrested and charged Nov. 9 with dealing in stolen property, fraud-giving false ownership information to pawn items and as an out-of-state fugitive.
o Thomas Francis Kramer, 33, of 1059 Pelican Lane, Rockledge, was arrested and charged Nov. 9 with unarmed burglary of an unoccupied dwelling, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and two counts of felony failure to appear.
o Brandon Dale Smith, 25, address unknown, was arrested and charged Nov. 10 with felony contempt of court.
o Kenneth Leon Vance, 49, address unknown, was arrested and charged Nov. 10 with criminal mischief-property damage, obstructing justice, larceny and two counts of aggravated battery causing bodily harm.
o Daniel Ramon Stewart, 26, address unknown, was arrested and charged Nov. 11 with armed carjacking, reckless driving, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest without violence and driving while license suspended/revoked.
o Michelle Anne Taylor, 30, of 805 Poinciana Drive, Rockledge, was arrested and charged Nov. 12 with obtaining a vehicle by false representation, possession of cocaine, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of felony on-site violation of probation.
o Kathy Lynn Graybill, 55, address unknown, was arrested and charged Nov. 13 with prostitution.
