The 17th annual Holiday Food and Wine Festival at Norwood's Restaurant will be Friday, Nov. 30, though Sunday, Dec. 2.
The new winery evening will be from 7 to 9:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 30. Besides the new wines, jazz artist Thomas Jones will perform.
Advance tickets for Friday evening are $60 per person or $70 on the day of the event.
Also Friday night, there will be blending seminars where you can blend your own Bordeaux with Trinchero Family Estates or the Steel Wine Estate Barrel Samples. The blending seminars are an additional $20 per person and will have limited seating.
The grand tasting will be from 1-4:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 1, with more than 400 wines from around the word. There also will be food and desserts, and entertainment by the
Pirates. Advance tickets are $55 or $65 on the day of the event.
Another new event will be the Sunday Jazz Breakfast from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 2. It's an all-you-can-eat brunch with jazz from Thomas Jones and Co. There also is an open bar with Bloody Marys, Mimosas and Red or White Sangria to celebrate this inaugural event.
Advance tickets are $25 per person or $30 on the day of the event.
Norwood's Wine shop maintains one of the largest wine cellars in Florida and through December, you can also take advantage of discounts on the entire inventory.
Partial proceeds of the event benefit Hospice Volunteers of New Smyrna Beach and Gifts of Love Food Bank.
There is special pricing on a three-day pass. Enjoy Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday's Jazz breakfast for $120 per person.
