oMelissa D. Saunders, 42, of Deltona, was arrested on Nov. 10 and charged with grand theft. Bail was set at $11,500.
oRyan Patrick Whiteway, 31, of DeBary, was arrested on Nov. 10 and charged with dealing in stolen property. Bail was set at $2,500.
oKelly Lynn Lofton, 28, of Orange City, was arrested on Nov. 11 and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and possession of a Schedule II substance. Bail was not set.
oZachary O'Neil Parson, 20, of Deltona, was arrested on Nov. 11 and charged with dealing in stolen property, giving false information on pawned items and grand theft. Bail was set at $23,000.
oRaul Perez, 51, of Deltona, was arrested on Nov. 12 and charged with infliction of physical/mental harm on a child and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill. Bail was not set.
oEric Orlando Ortiz, 23, of Deltona, was arrested on Nov. 14 and charged with burglary of a conveyance. Bail was not set.
oAngel M. Burgos, 18, of Deltona, was arrested on Nov. 14 and charged with burglary of an unoccupied structure and grand theft. Bail was not set.
oThomas Eugene Campbell, 50, of Deltona, was arrested on Nov. 14 and charged with burglary of an occupied dwelling. Bail was set at $5,000.
oJeanine V. Jones-Nelson, 33, of Deltona, was arrested on Nov. 15 and charged with public assistance fraud. Bail was not set.
oWilliam John Robinson Jr., 28, of Orange City, was arrested on Nov. 15 and charged with armed burglary of a dwelling and grand theft. Bail was set at $15,000.
