New Smyrna Beach Police Department
oRalph Vrosac Prince, 51, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Nov. 13 and charged with possession of crack cocaine and oxycodone. Bail was set at $2,000.
Edgewater Police Department
oJohnnie Mack Woods, 62, of Edgewater, was arrested on Nov. 10 and charged with failing to report as a sexual offender. Bail was set at $1,000.
oJoseph Scott Gravitz, 27, of Edgewater, was arrested on Nov. 12 and charged with possession of a Schedule IV substance. Bail was set at $1,000.
oDebra Mary Santoriello, 44, of Edgewater, was arrested on Nov. 13 and charged with grand theft of a firearm and dealing in stolen property. Bail was set at $3,500.
Volusia County Sheriff's Office
oPaul Arthur Stricklin, 21, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Nov. 10 and charged with false ownership verification. Bail was set at $1,500.
oJerry Lee J. Adkins, 18, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Nov. 10 and charged with dealing in stolen property. Bail was set at $30,000.
oRock Albert Bouchard, 43, of Edgewater, was arrested on Nov. 10 and charged with possession of ammunition by a convicted felon and possession of methamphetamines. Bail was set at $2,500.
oVincent Dominic Palma, 22, of Oak Hill, was arrested on Nov. 13 and charged with abuse of an elderly/disabled adult. Bail was set at $5,000.
oScott A. Higdon, 47, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Nov. 14 and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Bail was set at $2,500.
