Bouchelle Island in New Smyrna Beach has opened three new luxury condominiums that are now available for long-term lease.
Anthony DiMucci, president of the DiMucci Cos., which is developing Bouchelle Island, said the two- and three-bedroom luxury condominiums range in size from 1,100 square feet of living space to 1,500 square feet.
Rent start at $1,100 per month.
