INDIAN RIVER COUNTY - Three men suspected of burglary in four cities including Sebastian, were arrested and detained in Osceola County and are awaiting extradition to Indian River County.
Raymone R. Brand, Marques R. Albert and Christian R. Lambs, all of Titusville, were arrested and face several felony charges of burglary and fleeing and eluding.
On Oct. 30, Sebastian Police Department officers on patrol noticed some suspicious behavior in the 200 block of Easy Street in Sebastian.
When an officer approached a parked vehicle on the street, the driver attempted to remain unseen by slouching in the seat and covering his face, a report said.
Outside the vehicle, officers observed a male carrying a backpack and a flashlight running to the vehicle, a white Nissan. The man jumped into the passenger side of the vehicle and the car was fled the scene.
Sebastian police officers attempted to give chase to the car, while the suspects continued to elude the police car by turning off lights and driving through the neighborhood streets of Sebastian.
Officers unsuccessfully attempted to stop the vehicle before it began heading south on Interstate- 95.
The car eventually went west on State Road 60 and refused to stop for an Indian River County deputy and continued into Osceola County.
An Osceola County deputy located the vehicle at a truck stop, detained the suspects and transported them to the Osceola County Jail, a report said.
