The Advocates for the Rights of the Challenged of Martin County welcomed Conrad Damon to the 2012 board of directors.
Mr. Damon is a founding partner of Ward, Damon, Posner, Pheterson and Bleau, a mid-size, multi-specialty law firm with offices in Palm Beach and Martin counties.
Mr. Damon specializes in commercial and residential real estate transactions, business and loan transactions, construction law, wills and estates and title matters. He also manages the firm's wholly owned title insurance company, Lighthouse Title Services, and has been involved in thousands of real estate closings and loan closings.
Mr. Damon currently serves as chairman of the Martin County local planning agency and is a past chairman of the Martin County board of zoning adjustment.
He is a Martindale Hubbell AV preeminent- rated attorney who earned a J.D. degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1978 and his B.A. degree (magna cum laude) from Boston University in 1975.
