MARTIN COUNTY -
Visionary School of Arts will present its next rising star artist series of gallery exhibitions featuring VSA student-intern, Evan Rosato, and other award-winning VSA student-artists, instructors and nonprofit board members on Dec. 1 from 5-7 p.m.
The open house will also include facility tours, light refreshments and live entertainment by AnTony Solomon from Full House Entertainment.
Mr. Rosato will be highlighted for his work to encourage and provide inspiration to others with his commitment to the VSA scholarship campaign.
Mr. Rosato, 19, graduated from Martin County High School and is currently enrolled at Indian River State College pursuing a degree in fine art. He had attended workshops through JayMar, and is now studying and assistant teaching at VSA.
Under the guidance of Lynne Barletta and her staff, Mr. Rosato works with mixed media.
"I love the freedom to express myself in an environment where my vision is encouraged," he said.
VSA teaches children as young as 5, through senior adults, in the visual arts. The intention of VSA, by the sponsorship of VCI, is to raise up and launch artists of all ages.
