STUART - Jerry McWilliams, a real estate consultant at Century 21 IRP Realty Company's Stuart office, has maintained an exceptional top performance ranking throughout 2012 within the top five of all agents in the southern Florida region.
Mr. McWilliams has maintained his top five production performance status for five consecutive years and will again earn the coveted Century 21 system's centurion producer award following his outstanding 2012 sales success.
The centurion producer award honors Century 21 system sales associates who produce more than $190,000 in sales commission revenue for the company or close at least 60 transaction sides within the previous calendar year.

Mr. McWilliams has 33 years of experience in the real estate industry and has been with the company for more than 14 years. He specializes in the sale of resort vacation and primary home residences within golf course and waterfront communities.
