.Cheri Lynn Milligan, 37, of Port Orange, was arrested on Oct. 30 and charged with possession of methamphetamines. Bail was set at $3,000.
.Roy Edward Stuckmeyer, 45, of Port Orange, was arrested on Oct. 30 and charged with fleeing/eluding a law enforcement officer and habitually driving without a license. Bail was not set.
.Jason R. Debenendicts, 24, of Port Orange, was arrested on Oct. 31 and charged with possession of a scheduled II substance. Bail was set at $2,500.
.Kevin Bruce Cabot, 34, of Port Orange, was arrested on Oct. 31 and charged with destroying/tampering with physical evidence. Bail was set at $1,500.
South Daytona Police Department
.Jessica Lynn Kimble, 23, of South Daytona, was arrested on Oct. 31 and charged with dealing in stolen property. Bail was set at $2,500.
.Sandra Lee West, 42, of South Daytona, was arrested on Oct. 31 and charged with interfering with custody. Bail was set at $1,500.
.Justin Duke Titone, 27, of South Daytona, was arrested on Oct. 31 and charged with burglary of a structure, grand theft and burglary of an occupied dwelling. Bail was set at $54,000.
.Kevin Patrick Cutlip, 22, of South Daytona, was arrested on Nov. 2 and charged with cashing/depositing a bank item with the intent to defraud and possession of burglary tools with intent to use. Bail was set at $3,000.
Volusia County Sheriff's Office
.Travis Lee Timmerman, 43, of South Daytona, was arrested on Oct. 31 and charged with burglary of an occupied dwelling and grand theft. Bail was set at $3,500.
.Anthony Ralph Annatone, III, 25, of Port Orange, was arrested on Nov. 1 and charged with armed burglary of a dwelling and grand theft. Bail was set at $60,000.
.James Raymond Spence, 24, of Port Orange, was arrested on Nov. 1 and charged with armed burglary of a dwelling and grand theft. Bail was set at $60,000.
.Edgar A. Barrera Mansilla, 30, of Port Orange, was arrested on Nov. 2 and charged with domestic violence battery on a person 65 years of age or older, battery on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest with violence. Bail was not set.
Florida Highway Patrol
.Shaylynn Marie Suckell, 21, of South Daytona, was arrested on Oct. 30 and charged with felony retail theft. Bail was set at $1,000.
