Monthly meeting scheduled
The Four Townes Charter Chapter of the American Business Women's Association will hold its monthly meeting on Thursday, November 15th at the 4Bs Diner in Debary. Networking and dinner begin at 6:00 p.m.; meeting begins at 6:30 p.m.. Mary Lou Croteau of the Office of Violence on Women will speak on the Victims Assistance Unit.
The American Business Women's Association mission is to bring together businesswomen of diverse occupations to provide opportunities for them to help themselves and others grow personally and professionally through leadership, education, networking support, and national recognition.

Fitness studio opens in South Deltona
Rising Above Fitness has opened a new studio at 840 Deltona Blvd. in the Justin Square shopping plaza.
The studio will offer boot camps, dance classes and fitness classes for men, women and children.
Rising Above Fitness celebrated its grand opening on Saturday, Oct. 27.
Rising Above Fitness is owned and operated by Jessica Sanchez and Judith Suarez, and started in 2010 sharing workspace with other companies.
Both are active locally - Ms. Sanchez is the head cheerleading coach at Trinity Christian Academy and Ms. Suarez works with seniors at Sterling Court and Curves in Orange City.
