Port Orange Police Department
.Lance Gerald Bila, 45, of Port Orange, was arrested on Oct. 20 and charged with possession of a scheduled III substance. Bail was set at $1,000.
.Austin Samuel Reinert, 25, of Port Orange, was arrested on Oct. 22 and charged with sale and delivery of cannabis. Bail was set at $5,500.
.Karen Lyn O'Brien Faggart, 34, of Port Orange, was arrested on Oct. 23 and charged with being a principle to sale/delivery of a controlled substance and concealing information to obtain a prescription. Bail was not set.
South Daytona Police Department
.David Lawrence McMillon, Jr., 19, of South Daytona, was arrested on Oct. 20 and charged with burglary of an occupied structure and grand theft. Bail was set at $2,250.
.Justin Duke Titone, 27, of South Daytona, was arrested on Oct. 20 and charged with burglary of a structure/conveyance and grand theft. Bail was set at $3,500.
Daytona Beach Shores Police Department
.Samantha Sue Amos, 37, of Daytona Beach Shores, was arrested on Oct. 23 and charged with possession of a scheduled IV substance. Bail was set at $1,500.
.Dale Lee Bellamy, 47, of Daytona Beach Shores, was arrested on Oct. 25 and charged with robbery by sudden snatching. Bail was set at $2,500.
Volusia County Sheriff's Office
.Kendall Lynn Smith, 23, of Port Orange, was arrested on Oct. 25 and charged with burglary with assault and battery. Bail was set at $1,500.
.Dillon Thomas Rayman, 23, of South Daytona, was arrested on Oct. 26 and charged with grand theft, criminal mischief and burglary of an unoccupied structure. Bail was set at $8,500.
