Glenn Brown, 21, 1590 Polynesian Lane, Sebastian, was charged with fleeing and eluding, possession of a firearm, ammunition or electric device by a convicted felon, and misdemeanor charges of battery, leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, carrying a concealed weapon, driving while license suspended, revoked or cancelled, two counts of driving while license suspended with knowledge and two counts of resisting arrest without violence.
. Thomas Joseph Close, 56, 709 Forster Ave., Sebastian, was charged with possession of a firearm, ammunition or electric device by a convicted felon and a misdemeanor charge of carrying a concealed weapon.
. Vance Lee Gavin, 27, 1720 Indian River Drive, Sebastian, was charged with aggravated battery and misdemeanor charges of criminal mischief and resisting arrest without violence.
