Crime Stoppers of Northeast Florida is seeking information on the whereabouts of Harold Douglas Blue, 54. A convicted felon, Mr. Blue is wanted on a warrant charging him with organized scheme to defraud. Two additional arrest warrants have also been issued for Blue, one for failure to show up in court on a charge of driving with a suspended license and the other accusing him of violating the terms and conditions of his probation resulting from a 2011 conviction for cocaine possession.
Mr. Blue's last known address was on South Atlantic Avenue in Daytona Beach Shores. Before that, he lived at an address on Botefuhr Avenue in Daytona Beach. His present whereabouts are unknown. Blue is 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighs about 240 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. If you see Blue, don't try to apprehend him.
