HOBE SOUND - Metz Construction Company, south Florida's leading high-end custom home builder, is sponsoring Hobe Sound chamber's annual casino night fundraiser.
"Sailing on the Good Ship Algozzini" will take place on Oct. 27 at the Hobe Sound Golf Club and will pay tribute to Phil Algozzini, remembered as the honorary mayor of Hobe Sound by many locals. "Sailing on the Good Ship Algozzini," is a cruise ship- themed casino fundraiser starts at 6:30 p.m.
Tickets are $50 and include heavy hors d'oeuvres, live entertainment, casino-style gaming, a cash bar, prizes and a prize wheel.
Metz Construction Company is located in Hobe Sound and was established in 1985. It specializes in new construction, renovations and property management and has been a member of the Hobe Sound Chamber of Commerce since 1993.
Owners Frank and JoAnn Tricarico have sponsored the casino night for the past three years, which has helped it become one of the most successful chamber fundraisers.
Guests in tropical cocktail attire will mingle with captain and crew, while enjoying unique island cuisine, gaming for prizes, a steel drum band and DJ. Casino prizes will include electronics, spa packages, designer jewelry and golf packages.
Casino night is also sponsored by Oakowsky Properties, Capps Roofing, Copley's RV Center, Braman Motorcars of Jupiter, Tara Biek Creative, The Skin Inn, AMAC Insurance Agency, The Pine School and Barton's Jewelers.
