.Sabrina M. DeJesus, 24, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Oct. 12 and charged with domestic violence aggravated assault with a weapon. Bail was not set.
.John Exum, 20, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Oct. 12 and charged with domestic violence aggravated battery on a person 65 years of age or older. Bail was not set.

.Darrel Edward Rowley, 47, of Edgewater, arrested on Oct. 8 and charged with battery as a second/subsequent offense and child abuse without great harm. Bail was not set.
.Brandon D. Corrie, 18, of Edgewater, was arrested on Oct. 9 and charged with burglary of an unoccupied dwelling. Bail was set at $3,000.
.Robert Stanley Pogg II, 46, of Edgewater, was arrested on Oct. 11 and charged with unlawful sexual activity with a minor. Bail was set at $50,000.

.John Bryan Graham, 26, of Edgewater, was arrested on Oct. 6 and charged with burglary of an unoccupied dwelling, grand theft of a motor vehicle and dealing in stolen property. Bail was set at $26,000.
.Leonard Joseph Annarino Jr., 44, of Edgewater, was arrested on Oct. 6 and charged with burglary of an unoccupied dwelling, grand theft, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and dealing in stolen property. Bail was set at $21,000.
.Francesco Alasandro Vezza, 56, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Oct. 8 and charged with possession of a weapon/ammunition by a felon and retail theft. Bail was set at $4,000.
.Erica Dawn Hess, 24, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Oct. 10 and charged with child neglect without great harm. Bail was set at $5,000.
.Jimmy Lee Clark Jr., 38, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Oct. 10 and charged with sale of cocaine. Bail was set at $50,000.
