The St. Lucie County Human Resource Association announced its 11th annual "Best Place to Work" awards.
For the third consecutive year, the St. Lucie clerk's office has been named one of St. Lucie County's "Best Places to Work."
Personnel Dynamics Consulting of Fort Pierce calculates 37 measures including: turnover rates, training, retirement plans and percentage of growth within the organization to determine the winners.
"Our commitment to providing an amazing customer experience, operational excellence and sound financial accountability has paid off once again. This is a big win for our caring and knowledgeable professionals who are true public servants," said Joe Smith, clerk of circuit court, after accepting the award on its behalf.
