Q. What do you see as the biggest issue for the office you are seeking?
A. One of the biggest issues I see is having a united council with a wise mind of their own without any influence from a city manager, more open mindedness and always in the best interests of the city of Daytona Beach Shores and its residences.
Q. What are your qualifications for the office you are seeking?
A. I have been of service to the city of Daytona Beach Shores code enforcement board for the past eight years. I served other cities in the past.
Q. If you win, what's the first issue you will tackle?
A. Better communications between city staff and council members, making sure that city manager acts only on council approval, not his own agenda and not sorry later; crosswalk issue; maintain lower tax base; bring more needed medical businesses to Daytona Beach Shores, such eye and ear doctor and rehab center for physical therapy.
Q. If you lose, will you continue in politics?
A. Yes.
