New Smyrna Beach Police Department
.Duane Lee Kelley, 42, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Sept. 29 and charged with manufacture of methamphetamine and possession of listed chemicals. Bail was set at $31,000.
.John David Chunn, 39, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Oct. 2 and charged with uttering an altered check. Bail was set at $1,500.
Edgewater Police Department
.Olga Sabo Rizvan, 55, of Edgewater, was arrested on Oct. 1 and charged with battery on a law enforcement officer. Bail was set at $2,000.
.William James Campbell, 38, of Edgewater, was arrested on Oct. 1 and charged with possession of cocaine. Bail was set at $2,500.
.Jordan Luke McCarter, 20, of Edgewater, was arrested on Oct. 5 and charged with grand theft. Bail was set at $5,000.
Volusia County Sheriff's Office
.Jeffrey Paul Bloodgood, 54, of Oak Hill, was arrested on Sept. 29 and charged with introduction of certain articles into a correctional facility. Bail was set at $2,000.
.Kory Gelineau, 19, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Sept. 29 and charged with resisting an officer without violence. Bail was not set.
.Terence Jamal Wilcox, 26, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Sept. 29 and charged with sale of cocaine and possession of cocaine and a Schedule IV substance. Bail was set at $23,000.
.Daniel Edwards, 39, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Oct. 3 and charged with sale and delivery of a Schedule II substance. Bail was set at $20,000.
.John C. Robinson, 41, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Oct. 3 and charged with sale and delivery of a Schedule II substance. Bail was set at $20,000.
.Justin Lorenzo Plummer, 27, of Oak Hill, was arrested on Oct. 3 and charged with domestic violence battery by strangulation. Bail was not set.
.Zachary A. Ciaramella, 24, of Oak Hill, was arrested on Oct. 4 and charged with battery on a victim 65 years of age or older, battery on a law enforcement officer and resisting an officer with violence. Bail was set at $4,000.
.John Matthew Weaver, 49, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Oct. 4 and charged with domestic violence battery by strangulation, burglary with assault or battery and false imprisonment. Bail was set at $24,000.
