Police Report - Port Orange

Editor's note: This is a list of arrests, not convictions, and all arrestees are presumed innocent unless or until proven guilty in a court of law.

Port Orange Police Department

.Timothy Richard Stephan, 38, of Port Orange, was arrested on Sept. 29 and charged with failing to report a vacated permanent address as a sexual offender. Bail was set at $1,000.

.Timothy Barron, 47, of Port Orange, was arrested on Sept. 29 and charged with domestic violence battery by strangulation. Bail was not set.

.William Kelly Workman, 50, of Port Orange, was arrested on Sept. 30 and charged with narcotics offense cocaine. Bail was set at $2,500.

. Rakesh Bahai Patel, 45, of Port Orange, was arrested on Oct. 2 and charged with possession of drugs with intent to sell within 1,000 feet of a church. Bail was set at $500.

.Sara Elizabeth Horan, 31, of Port Orange, was arrested on Oct. 4 and charged with possession of a Schedule IV substance and tampering with evidence. Bail was set at $4,500.

.Michael John Horan, 31, of Port Orange, was arrested on Oct. 4 and charged with possession of a Schedule II and IV substance, trafficking in a Schedule II substance and possession a concealed handcuff key. Bail was set at $13,500.

Daytona Beach Shores Police Department

.Steven Joseph Brown, 46, of Daytona Beach Shores, was arrested on Oct. 1 and charged with battery on a law enforcement officer and domestic violence battery as a second/subsequent offense. Bail was not set.

South Daytona Police Department

.Robert Lee Squire III, 29, of South Daytona, was arrested on Oct. 4 and charged with child abuse without great harm and possession of a Schedule II controlled substance. Bail was set at $3,500.

Volusia County Sheriff's Office

.Kristy Frisbie Brady, 42, of Port Orange, was arrested on Oct. 5 and charged with fraudulent use of a personal ID. Bail was not set.
