New Smyrna Beach commercial real estate agent Charlotte Smith was recently appointed to the Economic Development Advisory Board for the City of New Smyrna Beach.
The board is charged with making recommendations to the city commission and city manager regarding the implementation and funding of the city's Economic Development Plan, fostering economic development within the city.
Ms. Smith has been a resident of New Smyrna Beach for more than 15 years, 14 of which she has been selling real estate in Volusia County.
She has been Realtor of the Year, chair of the MLS and most recently involved in the sale and leasing of the former Walmart on State Road 44 in New Smyrna Beach.
Ms. Smith has recently joined forces with BlueRock Real Estate Services based in Winter Park. She will be BlueRock's Volusia County presence.
