United Way of Martin County welcomed eight new members to its board of directors during its September board meeting.
New members include: Lynn Blackard of Roegiers, Goldin, Chappel, Nall & Associates; Jane Cebelak, Indian River State College; Lillian Cook, Publix Super Markets; Taryn Kryzda, Martin County Commissioners; Capt. Lloyd Jones, Martin County Sheriff's Office; Charles Cleaver, Martin Health Systems; Denise Eldredge, Martin County Commissioners and Kim Waser, Quit Doc Research and Education Foundation.
"Our new board members represent public, private and nonprofit organizations throughout Martin County," said Jim Vojcsik, executive director of United Way of Martin County.
"Having a diverse board of directors is an asset and we are excited about what our new members will bring to the table."
United Way's board of directors is comprised of community-minded leaders who believe in United Way's mission to provide leadership to improve lives together and lift the community.
Other United Way board members include: Tim Kinane, Vistage Florida; Stacy Ranieri, Firefly Group; Amy Albury, Florida Power & Light; Vicki Davis, Martin County supervisor of elections; Donna Cerrone, Alexander; Robyn Vanover, Martin County School District; Bruce Farren, Mass Mediacom; Ted Brown, Northern Trust; Ademil Castrillo, Wells Fargo; Ed Ciampi; Miguel Cody, Martin Health Systems; Chad Hastings, Lesser, Lesser, Landy & Smith; Nancy Kline, Martin County School District; Teresa Lamar-Sarno, city of Stuart; Stephen Leighton, Congressman Tom Rooney's office; Elias Moawad, Pratt & Whitney and Crystal Stiles, Florida Power & Light.
