. Sam Jenkins, 23, 64 Sonrise Square, Apt. 208, Fellsmere, was charged with two counts of child abuse and a misdemeanor charge of battery domestic violence.
. Richard B. Zilnicki, 35, 10725 92nd St., Vero Beach, was charged with attempted burglary, possession of oxycodone, theft, fraudulent use of a credit card and misdemeanor charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, trespass and criminal mischief.

. Lenardo Devinci Kyles, 47, 4055 41st Ave., Vero Beach, was charged with failure to register as a sex offender and to notify the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles of an address or name change.
. Troy Eugene Visser, 44, 230 Riverway Drive, Vero Beach, was charged with theft of trade secrets and a misdemeanor charge of perjury of official proceedings.
. James Keith Singleton, 63, 1309 Shoreline Circle, Sebastian, was charged with battery on a person older than 65.
. Sharon Denise Tomlin, 42, 6 32nd Ave., Vero Beach, was charged with possession of cocaine and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
. Timothy Lee Aikey, 24, 5400 45th St., Vero Beach, was charged with driving while license suspended, habitual offender.
. Anthony Gene Cooper, 42, 4365 25th Ave., Vero Beach, was charged with violation of probation. He was on probation for sale of cocaine.
. Donna Jean Mixon, 41, 4135 56th Lane, Vero Beach, was charged with three counts of violation of probation. She was on probation for burglary of a conveyance and grand theft.

. Ricky Joseph Arseneau, 45, 12150 Highway 41, Apt. 2, Gibsonton, was charged with violation of probation.
. Anthony Lee Damboise, 31, 1646 14th Ave., Vero Beach, was charged with violation of probation. He was on probation for child abuse.
. James Erving Hunt, 26, 5310 Lower Cane Creek Road, Stanton, Ky., was charged with violation of probation. He was on probation for possession with intent to sell or deliver oxycodone.
. Patrick O'Neal Phillips, 42, 4025 46th Lane, Vero Beach, was charged with possession of cocaine and a misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana.
. Darryl Jerbarre Wright, 28, 1517 41st Ave., Vero Beach, was charged with possession or sale of cocaine.

Glenn Edwin Brown, 21, 1590 Polynesian Lane, Sebastian, was charged with fleeing and eluding and misdemeanor charges of criminal mischief, driving while license suspended, revoked or canceled, three counts of resisting arrest without violence, three counts of battery, leaving the scene of an accident with property damage and driving while license suspended with knowledge.
. Joshua Dwayne Evans, 23, 3826 42nd Lane, Vero Beach, was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, communications fraud and misdemeanor charges of shoplifting/retail theft, resisting arrest without violence and possession of marijuana.
