Brevard County Sheriff's Office

. Jensen Gagnon, 22, of 1000 Miramar Ave., Indialantic, was charged Sept. 7 with possession of more than 20 grams of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia.

. Joshua Michael Brown, 29, of 1109 Seminole Drive, Indian Harbour Beach, was charged Sept. 10 with felony violation of probation and felony driving under the influence.

. Micah Tucker Voldness, 33, of 420 Ross Ave., Melbourne Beach, was charged Sept. 10 with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and felony violation of probation.

. Debra S. Pennywell, 53, address unknown, was charged Sept. 12 with forgery-altering a bank bill/note, passing a forged/altered bank bill/note, passing a forged altered instrument, possession of 10 or more forged bills, larceny, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and two counts of fraud-swindling to obtain property.

. Robert James Stripling, 20, of 118 Marion St., Indian Harbour Beach, was charged Sept. 12 with dealing in stolen property, falsifying information on a pawnbroker trade and dealing in stolen property.

. Richard Ulrich Young, 64, of 180 Sandy Shore Drive, Melbourne Beach, was charged Sept. 12 with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, armed burglary of a dwelling/structure/conveyance, fraud-impersonating a law enforcement officer and felony battery.
