Will Rece of Boy Scout Troop 714 carries out several bags of trash and an LP-gas tank along the river near Sunrise Park in Holly Hill during the 27th annual International Coastal Clean-Up Sept. 15. During last year's 2011 International Coastal Clean-Up, 816 volunteers in Volusia County picked up more than 2,178 pounds of trash off the beaches and local waterways.
