Bobo Cogswell of Cocoa Beach shows how it's done on land and in water during the Surf & Turf event at the 27th Annual NKF Rich Salick Pro-Am Surfing Festival at the Cocoa Beach Pier over Labor Day weekend. Mr. Cogswell had the skill to win first place in the event, which featured competition in skateboarding and surfing.
