. David J. Prestano, 29, of 1733 Mission Bay Circle, Viera, was charged Aug. 31 with vehicular manslaughter, leaving the scene of an accident involving death, driving while license suspended and reckless driving.
. John Alex Ingram, 22, of 805 S. Carolina Ave., Rockledge, was charged Sept. 2 with possession of cocaine.
. Brian M. Pearson, 35, of 948 Tavernier Circle, Palm Bay, was charged Sept. 2 with passing a forged/altered instrument and petit larceny.
. Dennis L. Daniels, 21, of 939 Barbara Lane, Rockledge, was charged Sept. 3 with resisting arrest without violence and felony battery on an officer/firefighter/EMT.
. George Herbert Daniels, 23, of 939 Barbara Lane, Rockledge, was charged Sept. 3 with resisting arrest with violence and felony battery on an officer/firefighter/EMT.
. Casey Ryan Gilliland, 26, of 945 Brookview Lane, Rockledge, was charged Sept. 3 with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
. Scott Barry Brown, 51, of 100 Pacific Place, Merritt Island, was charged Sept. 6 with armed burglary of a dwelling/structure/conveyance, larceny and resisting arrest without violence.

. Ryan Drummond, 23, address unknown, was charged Sept. 4 with selling marijuana.
. James King Edward, 27, address unknown, was charged Sept. 4 with attempting to solicit/conspire, using/displaying a firearm, possession of a weapon/ammo by a convicted felon, child cruelty, felony on-site violation of probation and as a habitual traffic offender driving on a suspended license.
. William Lee Smith, 30, address unknown, was charged Sept. 5 with violation of probation, aggravated battery, two counts of resisting arrest without violence and two counts of criminal mischief-property damage.
. Maurice Bruno Marrou, 25, address unknown, was charged Sept. 6 with aggravated stalking/cyberstalking/harassing and felony contempt of court-violation of injunction.
