.Miranda Zee Starnes, 23, 635 15th Ave., Vero Beach, was arrested Aug. 23 and charged with possession of oxycodone without a prescription, tampering with evidence, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting an officer without violence and retail theft.
.Doris Jean Gray, 48, 642 Ninth Court, Vero Beach, was arrested Aug. 23 and charged with retail theft and scheme to defraud.

.Melanie Kay Henson, 52, 489 Georgia Blvd., Sebastian, was arrested Aug. 23 and charged with possession of 20 grams or less of marijuana and possession of marijuana with intent to manufacture marijuana.
.Gail Elizabeth Guimares, 52, 8076 Westfield Circle, Vero Beach, was arrested Aug. 23 and charged with false imprisonment.

.John Marshall Cemer, 33, 2066 54th Ave., Vero Beach, was arrested Aug. 24 and charged with violation of probation. He was on probation for giving false information to a secondary metals recycler and dealing in stolen property.
.Tiwan Charles Owens, 31, 815 23rd Ave., Vero Beach, was arrested Aug. 24 and charged with violation of probation. He was on probation for aggravated fleeing, two counts of burglary, possession of burglary tools, third-degree grand theft and dealing in stolen property.
