INDIAN RIVER COUNTY - CASTLE is the latest recipient of the 51st Dyer Difference Award.
This award salutes a nonprofit organization in the county that is making a difference in the community.
CASTLE is a child abuse prevention organization providing services to more than 7,000 families in the county.
Tatiana and Will Dyer, on behalf of Dyer Chevrolet, Mazda and Subaru, presented the Dyer Difference Award, along with a $3,000 check, to CASTLE to help sponsor their annual giving society campaign.
This is CASTLE's first campaign where all funds will exclusively support Indian River programs. The event will be a 90-minute breakfast that will highlight the work done in the community by CASTLE, including testimonials from families who have benefited by the organization.
"We urge others to join in CASTLE efforts to raise $75,000 during this annual giving society campaign. The funds are used for counseling and parent education," said Mr. Dyer.
