. Susan Vann Windham, 51, of 440 First Ave., Indialantic, was charged Aug. 26 with producing marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia.

. Alma Marie Butler, 30, of 132 Central Road, Indian Harbour Beach, was charged Aug. 26 with larceny.
Brevard County Sheriff's Office
. Derrance Anthony Barry, 57, address unknown, was charged Aug. 25 with petit larceny, trespassing and petit shoplifting.
. Joseph Michael Hanak, 28, address unknown, was charged Aug. 27 with burglary of a structure using a motor vehicle and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
