Rockledge Police Department
. Lynnette Colleen Douicher, 59, of 16 Scott Lane, Rockledge, was charged Aug. 25 as a habitual traffic offender driving on a suspended license, having no motor vehicle registration and attaching a tag not assigned to a vehicle.
. John Henry Sugar, 50, of 1205 Saint Andrews Drive, Rockledge, was charged Aug. 29 with possession of a weapon/ammo by a convicted felon, possession of cocaine, driving while license suspended and elderly abuse.
Brevard County Sheriff's Office
. Chadd Joseph Pineault, 22, of 1817 Crane Creek Blvd., Viera, was charged Aug. 24 with possession of not more than 20 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to appear and felony battery on an officer/firefighter/EMT.
. Rebecca A. Varrato, 30, of 1091 Coronado Drive, Rockledge, was charged Aug. 24 with contributing to the delinquency of a minor and felony child neglect.
. Derrance Anthony Barry, 57, address unknown, was charged Aug. 25 with petit larceny, trespassing and petit shoplifting.
. Joseph Michael Hanak, 28, address unknown, was charged Aug. 27 with burglary of a structure using a motor vehicle and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
