.Tina C. Rice, 51, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Aug. 25 and charged with domestic violence battery on a person 65 years of age or older. Bail was not set.
.Joseph Edgar Bailey, III, 41, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Aug. 26 and charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription. Bail was set at $1,500.
.John David Chunn, 39, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Aug. 28 and charged with armed burglary of a conveyance and grand theft. Bail was set at $6,000.
.Robert Mark Robitzsch, 26, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Aug. 28 and charged with armed burglary of a conveyance and grand theft. Bail was set at $6,000.
.Heather Nicole Pilling, 24, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Aug. 30 and charged with felony retail theft. Bail was set at $500.
Edgewater Police Department
.John Scott Bell, 45, of Edgewater, was arrested on Aug. 26 and charged with domestic violence aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Bail was not set.
.Sean Thomas Chesser, 33, of Edgewater, was arrested on Aug. 27 and charged with aggravated battery on a pregnant person. Bail was not set.
Volusia County Sheriff's Office
.Owen Lloyd Norris, 47, of Oak Hill, was arrested on Aug. 26 and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill and discharging a weapon during a felony while under indictment. Bail was set at $11,000.
.Krystal A. Curtis, 23, of Oak Hill, was arrested on Aug. 27 and charged with obtaining a controlled substance by forgery. Bail was set at $1,000.
.Daniel Joseph Beard, 32, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Aug. 27 and charged with uttering a forgery and fraudulent use of a personal ID. Bail was set at $10,000.
.Bradley Allen Williams, 46, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Aug. 27 and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and possession of a Schedule II substance. Bail was set at $2,000.
.Gile Lamar Hankins, 42, of Edgewater, was arrested on Aug. 27 and charged with child abuse without great harm. Bail was not set.
.Daniel Joseph Beard, 32, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Aug. 28 and charged with uttering a forgery and fraudulent use of a personal ID. Bail was set at $10,000.
.Gabriel Manning Plummer, 19, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Aug. 28 and charged with armed burglary, grand theft of a firearm, grand theft and unarmed burglary of an unoccupied conveyance. Bail was set at $170,000.
.Joshua L. McCormick, 24, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Aug. 28 and charged with unarmed burglary of an unoccupied structure, grand theft, armed burglary of a dwelling and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon. Bail was set at $180,000.
.Irvin Cole Powers, 19, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Aug. 30 and charged with narcotics offense. Bail was set at $2,500.
