. Charles Brian Hughes, 37, of 1179 Luther Drive, Rockledge, was charged Aug. 21 with felony child abuse and felony on-site violation of probation.
. Timothy Dallas Haupt, 20, of 1525 Fiske Blvd., Rockledge, was charged Aug. 23 with unarmed burglary of an unoccupied conveyance, burglary of a structure using a motor vehicle, larceny and two counts of violation of probation.
. Joshua David Kaplan, 22, of 1525 Fiske Blvd., Rockledge, was charged Aug. 23 with unarmed burglary of an unoccupied dwelling, burglary of a structure using a motor vehicle and petit larceny.

. Charles Laurence Ellenburg, 39, of 79 Palmway Ave. N., Rockledge, was charged Aug. 17 with felony battery and felony battery by strangulation-domestic violence.
. Nicole Lee Mangaroo, 31, of 1112 Woodsmere Parkway, Rockledge, was charged Aug. 18 with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and felony violation of probation.
. David William McNamara, 53, of 809 Pine Valley Court, Rockledge, was charged Aug. 18 with refusal to give breath/urine/blood test and felony driving under the influence.
.Syed Amir Hussain, 23, address unknown, was charged Aug. 23 with selling drugs and trafficking a controlled substance.
