New Smyrna Beach Police Department
.Thomas Lee Powers III, 24, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Aug. 20 and charged with burglary of a conveyance and attempted burglary of an occupied dwelling. Bail was set at $5,000.
.Thomas Louis Lepkowski 43, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Aug. 22 and charged with domestic violence aggravated assault. Bail was not set.
.Larry Freeman, 40, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Aug. 24 and charged with armed burglary of a dwelling. Bail was set at $5,000.
Edgewater Police Department
.Steven Wayne Jeffers, 28, of Edgewater, was arrested on Aug. 22 and charged with burglary of an unoccupied conveyance and grand theft. Bail was set at $15,000.
.Jeffrey Charles Davis, 52, of Edgewater, was arrested on Aug. 23 and charged with corrupting by threat and animal cruelty. Bail was set at $10,000.
.James Donald Phelps, 25, of Edgewater, was arrested on Aug. 24 and charged with child abuse. Bail was set at $2,000.
Volusia County Sheriff's Office
.Tyrone Jefferson, 36, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Aug. 19 and charged with failure to register as a sex offender. Bail was set at $10,000.
.Johnson Cecil Goodwin III, 39, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Aug. 21 and charged with grand theft of a motor vehicle. Bail was set at $20,000.
.Gabriel Manning Plummer, 19, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Aug. 21 and charged with armed burglary of a dwelling and grand theft with a firearm. Bail was set at $110,000.
.Joshua L. McCormick, 24, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Aug. 21 and charged with armed burglary of a dwelling, possession of a weapon and ammunition by a convicted felon, and grand theft with a firearm. Bail was set at $135,000.
.Lauren N. Youman-Jackson, 21, of Edgewater, was arrested on Aug. 24 and charged with dealing in stolen property and destroying or tampering with physical evidence. Bail was set at $35,000.
.James Louis Capozzi, 49, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Aug. 24 and charged with burglary of an occupied conveyance. Bail was set at $5,273.
