Chuck Gormly, Deltona, was one of about 160 bowlers on 32 teams who took part in the annual Bowling for Literacy. Five area Rotary clubs raised about $12,000 for the Rotary Dictionary Project. The clubs will use the money to get about 3,200 dictionaries to third grade students at West Volusia schools. Mr. Gormly works at the Volusia County Property Appraiser's Office, which sponsored one of the teams.
