Bego Lopez, 44, of DeLand competes in the Paws For A Cause 5K for the Deland High School Bulldogs football team last Friday. Ms. Lopez came in first place in the female category and sixth place overall with a time of 20:04. Proceeds from the event goes to the Deland High School football team.
