The Chronicle of Higher Education again names Embry-Riddle a 'Great College to Work For'
For the second year in a row, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University has been ranked among the nation's "Great Colleges to Work For" by The Chronicle of Higher Education, the nation's most respected publication covering colleges and universities.
In addition, this year The Chronicle designated ERAU as an Honor Roll school for rating highly in the following six categories: job satisfaction; compensation and benefits; respect and appreciation; work/life balance; facilities, workspace and security; and professional/career development programs.
Released recently in The Chronicle's fifth annual report on The Academic Workplace, the ranking is based largely on a survey of more than 46,000 college and university employees nationwide, with only 103 institutions achieving "Great College to Work For" recognition for their best practices and policies.
Embry-Riddle employs more than 2,500 faculty, staff and administrators worldwide.
