The Feathered Nest is hosting a special evening for the ladies, girls night out, on Sept. 14 from 6-10 p.m.

Ladies are invited to participate in a night with treats and fashionable expos all while benefiting the Boys & Girls Club of St. Lucie County.

Bring your girlfriends to the Feathered Nest, located at 1203 W. Midway Road in Fort Pierce, for boutique wine tastings, chocolate and appetizer tastings, mini spa treatments and fashion expos.

Tickets cost $25 and enter each guest in a free drawing for a TrollBeads bracelet.

Event sponsors include the Feathered Nest, the Cottage Day Spa and HSW Spirits.

"For the past several years, we have supported the Boys & Girls Club, especially after visiting one of the clubhouses. It only takes a minute to see how these programs enhance the lives of all the children attending and help them reach their full potential," said Lisa Floyd of the Feathered Nest.

The Feathered Nest celebrated its 20th anniversary this year. They are exclusive dealers for the original Trollbeads fine jewelry and Waxing Poetic. They have gourmet foods and a wine cellar filled with boutique wines and accessories.

By providing a safe place to learn and grow, as well as life-enhancing programs and character developing experiences; the club strives to enable all members, regardless of circumstance, to realize their full potential as caring, responsible and productive members of the community.
