In a story last week about Bert Fish Medical Center in New Smyrna Beach, the foundation that brought the lawsuit to stop the merger between the medical center and Adventist Health System was the Bert Fish Foundation, a philanthropic organization that oversees the wishes of the late Judge Bert Fish and his interests in health care in Volusia County.
