Hidden Oaks Middle School student Nadia Szymanowicz, 13, leapt to a first-place finish in the long jump, clearing 13 feet, 11 inches at the Kyle Conrad Memorial Middle School track meet Wednesday, May 2 at Martin County High School. Nadia would later place first in the girl's 100 meter dash with a time of 13:12.
