The first day of summer coincides with the 26th annual Seaside Fiesta on June 19 in New Smyrna Beach.
The popular seaside event runs from 5-9 p.m. along Flagler Avenue.
A free park 'n ride will shuttle riders between the North Causeway and Flagler Avenue from 4-9:30 p.m., according to Liz Yancey, New Smyrna Beach recreation and events director. Two mini-bus shuttles will run at least every 15 minutes.
Parking for people with disabilities will be available behind the Hampton Inn, 214 Flagler Ave. The lot can be accessed from Florida Avenue. Flagler will be closed to vehicular traffic at 3 p.m.

Designed by Artist Kathy Bensabat, shirts are $14 for sizes small to extra large. Size XXL is $16. Posters are $5. Limited edition posters signed by the artist are $10.
